Nothing much for this entry. I just want to share the food from the previous week. By the way, I noticed that my entries have already reached over 200 posts. Browsing back, this blog has no specific purpose. It's true when I say that I blog about whatever that comes to my mind. This also includes my daily life.

Anyway, the photos.

Remember the free lunch? This is it.

Spacious dining hall for the PTDs.

Sous chef at work.

One of the homemade dinner - Siakap Stim

Have you taste this? Very rich taste!! Just like their joint (OldTown Kopitiam)

Finally it is the end of the week. I have a lot of plans for this weekend. Tomorrow, Saturday, Edi wants to go on a shopping spree. He wants to buy stuff for his trip to Sabah. Edi and his friends are going to climb Mount KK. After that, we'll be heading to Ampang to see my sister-in-law. We have to discuss about our family trip next school holiday. Fyi, there are 2 trips next holiday. The plans are still in progress. So, no details yet. But I just can't wait!

On Sunday, my friends and I are planning to go for a picnic. This should be fun. I don't always get to do outdoor activities. Come to think of it, when was the last time I had a picnic? Honestly I can't remember.

I don't do sports. During my school years, I can't remember entering any sports competition. I always try to escape from doing so. When I was younger (am I that old?), I used to jog in evenings, after work. But due to body complications, I stop to do so. So when people say that I'm getting chubbier or I have gain weight, screw you guys. You don't know the whole story. But I do hope some day I can't go back to my active healthy life. I like to jog again.

Last Monday, I had to go to school early. I had to be present when the students practice for Sports Day. As always, not all came. You can actually count the students. As for my house, green colour, there were 15 students only. All of them were form 1 students. Form 2 students were no where to be seen.

Kesian x..?

So, this art carnival was held at INTAN Bukit Kiara last weekend. I wasn't involved whatsoever. But my siblings were. I just went there to show support and fortunately for us, free lunch!

The event was actually one of the activities that the PTD(Diplomatic Officer) had to do. Anyway my siblings were not involved directly with the event. They were there to sell stuff. My sister, Zie sold her collection from Nxeemary. While my sister-in-law sold baju kurung and chiffon syria. My brother's sister-in-law was also there selling keropok lekor. I think she was the one making money that day.

Truth be told, I thought there was going to be a large crowd, but it turned out, only the PTD people were there. My brother said that according to the plan, the PTD people should have brought their family to the carnival. But only a handful of people did that. I think there wasn't enough promotion of the carnival to attract people to come, especially outsiders.

Dom Dom Mi Mi Nos NoS..

Another night of eating out. We still did not want to eat anything heavy. But in the end, my tummy was so full. We even had some leftovers that we took home. The food is still in the fridge as I am typing this. Wonder when we'll be eating it. The thing about leftovers in this house, they tend to be forgotten. We always thought, " Keep this food so that we can eat it tomorrow." Yeah right!! That seldom happens.

The leftovers

A ruin photo, so I ruined it more. =D

Haven't done any groceries shopping this weekend.. yet. We have been having meals outside for a few days already. Luckily today's lunch was sponsored by the PTA of my school. We had our general meeting today. It lasted until noon. Lunch was provided, but I decided not to eat there. I wanted to eat at home. There were a lot of leftovers, so I took home an extra for Edi.

Anyway, a couple of nights before, we did not feel like eating anything heavy for dinner. We opt for the famous Sate Kajang Hj Samuri. We did not go to Kajang actually. Kajang is far, to drive there during a work night. We went to the nearby restaurant instead, at Damansara Utama.

It is me for it is a fact that the satay is getting smaller by the year? and the price is getting higher (this one is no surprise)? Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our dinner.

This was last week. Edi wasn't feeling well. When we went for lunch, he did not want to eat anything oily, food that are fried etc. After thinking about it, not that it took too long, we went to Johnny's. We went there before recently with Taiping's clan. Back then it was 6 of us. But this time, it was only the two of us.

Edi met his friend there coincidently. His friend from work, who had transfered to another state. The friend said that the new place is a very "hot" place. This is because of political issues. I'm glad that I am not involved in such situation.

Anyway, the pictures :

Just felt like updating the blog. No reasons needed right? I miss reading other blogs. Seems that I can't find time to do so lately.

Today is suppose to be pay day. My bank statement shows no sign of any pay for this month. What happened? I'm guessing the new school had a few bumps when they were processing my pay. I need to ask them today.

Right after I picked up my phone, we bumped in Zie and Dous. They were heading to The Borders. We followed.

Have been wanting to buy this book in a very long time.

Chose one and Dous bought for me using his book coupon. Thanks so much!

Before I went to school today - front camera

This is the normal camera. How clear and bright it is huh? You can see all my freckles =P

So these are the photos taken from my camera. Just wanted to test the camera. Satisfying indeed. Now, I have to dig some money to pay this phone. Isk..

My smaRt PhonE..

Finally after a few days of not having a hand phone, yesterday I went to buy a new smart phone. Believe or not, this is my first smart phone. People have been using smart phones for years. I admit that I am not so much of a gadget freak. I don't really follow the trend. People tend to buy Iphone, but I don't have the slightest feeling to own one. Maybe because I already have an Ipad.

After thinking for about a week, I finally bought Sony Xperia S. At first it was between this phone and Samsung Galaxy SII. But the customer service person said that Samsung Galaxy SII has been in the market for a long time and Samsung Galaxy S3 is coming out soon. Moreover, the price of Samsung Galaxy SII was going to drop the next day. She recommended to but the Sony phone as it is the latest they got.

Mine is white

I still have not explore everything yet. I still need to figure a couple of things more. I'm happy with the camera, with its 12 mega pixel. Yesterday I tried testing the camera and the photo was so clear and bright. =D
I can't wait to post it online. Maybe later tonight.

Went on groceries shopping late at night. As you can see, the stores are all closed except for the Giant itself. Edi got himself a haircut, saying that his head felt lighter afterwards.

Anyway, I'm wearing my old MNG red top, which I'm planning to take to Sydney. The denim skirt was bought in one of the factory outlets in Bandung last year. I love it. My shawl is from Brand's Outlet, Ikano Power Centre. Easy to wear. My handbag is Katy Van Zeeland, which I bought in Melbourne. It is starting to show the sign of aging. =(

KidzaniA, MutiAra DamAnsaRa..

Since it's school holiday, my elder sister came to KL. She always does. What was special about this time was that we went to Kidzania, Mutiara Damansara. I followed as well as I have not been there before. I like to check the place out. I have no reason to go before. But since my nephews were here, why not tag along.

The place is very interesting, for kids of course. I think kids in primary school will have the time of their lives here. But for my nephews, only certain parts interest them. The concept of this place is to experience what you want to be when you grow up.

There are hospitals for you to be a doctor, plane for you to be a pilot, construction site for you to be an engineer, fashion store for you to be a designer or model, Hitz.fm for you to be a deejay, fire station for you to be a fireman and more. They will wear uniforms which are so cute! They even can act out a scene where the firemen put out a fire from a hotel, while the policemen secured the place.

It looks like Ghazi wants to be a chef rather than a doctor. Just like the father, it seems. Now I'm letting the photos do the "typing".
