Yesterday, we went to Midvalley after so long. The crowd was.. Wow! It was huge! It was due to the Christmas holidays. I noticed many of the Chinese people started shopping for their Chinese New Year, which is the end of next month. While other races did not miss the chance to shop during sale, including yours truly. 

But actually we went to Midvalley, er.. no, scratch that, The Gardens to watch Sherlock Holmes - A Game of Shadows. We went with Edi's friend, Faiz. He was previously working at Western Digital, but now lecturing at UTeM, Malacca. He wanted to watch that movie, we gladly followed.

The movie was superb! The action, the comedy, and the story itself. Amazing. Love it! If you do watch it someday, be sure to pay attention during the scene where they are running away from enemies in the forest. I LOVE THAT SCENE!! With all the explosive and the shooting. I am going to ask my sister to download it for me. Like to watch it again.

Last weekend we ate rojak and cendol. Near Um. Where we used to go on our short dates. Not as tasty as before.  Unagi is eel. I ate at Jusco, One Utama. Recently. Also ate cheap sushi. Went to look for a pair of shoe. Not mine. Edi's. But he's picky when it comes to buying shoes. 3 days of searching. Still no shoe. No size. No colour. Pattern not nice. Not comfortable. Too expensive. In the end, I bought shoes. @.@"

Yeah yeah, obviously I am lazy to build sentences but I still have the strong urge to update my blog. Tomorrow I am starting school. This week will be filled with meeting. Then off for the new year holiday. We will go back to Taiping. Then only, school year will officially start. I am still anxious. I don't know how it will be in the new school. The students. Will I make new friends? As if I am a kid. I do look arrogant if you don't know me. I have that look, can't change that. Unless I smile a lot.

I have posted this picture in my FB and my friend, Hidayah had seen it. But I remember her asking me to blog about it. So here it is.

The picture is me playing with my make up to cheer myself up. I was trying my new eyeshadow from Miss Rose. To review about the product, I can't wear the eyeshadow for a long time. Meaning if I have to go out early in the morning and come back home late in the evening, this eyeshadow will make my eyelid feel itchy. But if I wear it within 5 hours, I will be okay. I still like the eyeshadow though. The texture is very rich. What more is the variety of colour to choose from one palette.

When a teacher is on a long holiday, she will become a housewife, if she's married. As a housewife (not a desperate housewife..) what else would she do at home besides cooking. She does tidy up the house here and there. But she gave that up somewhere along the sweeping and dusting. 

Today, I am going to show you one of the dinner that I cooked for the small family. Nothing fancy, just a simple Malay cooking, I think.

Once upon a time, we made it our routine to go to Tony Roma's. I think about 3 or 4 months once. But recently, I felt that I have too much things to pay. My car, loan, credit card, flight tickets etc. So it has been quite a while since we last dine in at Tony Roma's.

A few days back, we finally went again. Just because we have a few ringgit to spare (bonus laa tuhh..). How I miss the ribs! The salad! The bloated feeling after the meal!

But unfortunately, that day, our ribs were not 100% satisfying, for me at least. Usually the ribs will only be surrounded by meat. Juicy delicious meat. But this time, there was fat. Quite disappointed by that. But I finished my ribs nevertheless.

When we go to Tony Roma's I always order the Asian Salad with either salmon or grilled chicken. Edi will of course order the ribs. But this time I felt like ordering something else. I can't remember the exact name of the combo. It had onion rings, buffalo wings, and potato skins. I love the potato skins most. I recommend everyone to try it. Eat them while they are hot. When they are cold, it will not be as tasteful.

Im noT Done wiTh Last WeeK..

As the title had stated, I still want to blog about my weekend in Terengganu last week. Besides my cousin's wedding, there were a couple of family gathering. 

The first one was lunch at my aunty's house, Manir. Nothing much happened. We ate, talked, laughed, and watched some tv. The lunch was nice. My aunt prepared the lunch outside, which was very windy. It was the monsoon season, obviously. The house was beside the Terengganu River. Proof? Here they are.

The second gathering was at our house. Mom did an early dinner. We ate two kinds of laksa. Laksa Penang and Laksa Kuah Putih. This dinner was actually to celebrate the newly weds. Again, we ate, talked, laughed and watched some tv. It was the same cycle all over again, just different location. I ate until I was very full. I felt bloated.
